His career has taken him across a range of construction projects, but what truly defines his work is not the frameworks or contract models — it’s the relationships he builds along the way.
An extrovert with a natural sense of humour, he connects easily with others and has a genuine talent for bringing the right people together. Long before joining Milestone Careers, he was already referring friends and colleagues into roles simply because he believes in opening doors and helping people find their place.
His strengths lie in relationship-building and creating an environment where collaboration comes naturally. He brings steady judgement, integrity, and the ability to see potential in people — qualities that align closely with Milestone’s commitment to dignity and meaningful connections.

Geanna’s professional journey spans recruitment, career development, and hands-on coaching. She has supported refugees and migrants in identifying education and employment pathways, helping them build confidence and direction in their professional lives. In recruitment, she progressed through multiple roles, growing from administrative support into candidate engagement. These experiences taught her to recognise transferable skills, understand organisational needs, and create connections that genuinely work for both candidates and employers.
